Louise Andersson is a dedicated advocate for holistic healing and emotional well-being, committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward personal growth and resilience. With a rich background in pedagogy and didactics, psychology, mindfulness, psychodrama, permaculture, and more, Louise brings a diverse skill set to the fields of social, emotional, and physical health. Specializing in Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Youth, Grief Processing, Parent Coaching, Physical Activity on Prescription (FaR), and more, Louise’s mission is to provide practical tools and compassionate guidance to help individuals navigate life's challenges.
